10th International Choir Competition
Riva del Garda, 10-20/03/2008

In Riva del Garda the International Choir Competition is held from 04.08.2004. The manifestation will see the participation of many choirs from all over Europe, which are compared on their quality and have the opportunity to begin an interchange of experiences and activities very important for their artistic and human growth.
The competition will be divided in 4 categories by degree of standard
- Category A, a cappella with compulsory choir pieces (mixed choirs, male and female choirs)
- Category B a cappella without compulsory choir pieces (mixed choirs, male and female choirs)
- Category S sacred music (mixed choirs, male and female choirs)
- Category G juvenile choirs.
There will be also a Gran Prix Final with the participation of the winning choirs of each category. The participating choirs will be judged by a board, including famous personalities of the international choral world.
