10th FLICORNO D’ORO
International Band Competition
Riva del Garda, 26-30/03/2008

The 10th Competition Flicorno D’Oro will bring in Trentino many bands coming from the whole world, which have choosen our proposal to compare themselves on a qualitative plane and to begin an interchange of experiences and activities. The competition avails oneself of the artistic management of the Masters Marco Bazzoli and Carlo Pirola. The Jury will consist of 7 internationally recognized band music experts - componists and conductors.
The competition is for symphony bands reserved and will be divided in 6 categories by degree of standard, according to the international judgement rules followed in the most important competitions in Europe: Excellence, Superior, First, Second, Third and Youth Band. New in this edition are the youth band category and a non competing category, the free category.
