Pan di molche
Using molche to prepare a tasty bread, wich is fragrant of olives and has
a distinctive bitter taste, is an old tradition in Garda Trentino: pan di
molche, so-called because it is made using the residues of olives after they
have been pressed.
Today pan di molche has been gastronomically rediscovered by the restaurants
that offer the flavours of traditional cuisine.
