30th Città di Arco
International Chess Festival
Arco, 18-26/10/2008

The prestigious 30th tournament called “Città di Arco International Chess Festival” will be held in the small town of Arco. Players are present from different countries and divided into categories from the debutantes to the Grand Masters; the event will have as always the FIDE International Federation homologation, valid to obtain the qualifications and the scores for the world classification and also according to the ELO rating system.
Thanks to quantitative and qualitative dates the Città di Arco International Chess Festival takes its rightful place on top of the national and international competitions. Moreover flash tournaments are planned for some evenings (games of 5 minutes each), bridge and burracco tournaments, wine tasting, excursion to Toblino Lake.
